| Students of TheAcademy.com agree to pay a tuition fee to TheAcademy.com. In return, TheAcademy.com will provide a login and password to access courses for which you have registered.
Students agree that TheAcademy.com, and/or any of their staff is not responsible for any inaccuracies in course data, or any liability that may result therefrom. Students also agree that TheAcademy.com is not responsible for their inability to login to the courses, either because of poor Internet connections, incorrect typing of logins and passwords, and/or browser incompatibility. TheAcademy.com will make every effort to ensure that our servers remain operational 24 hours a day. However, there may be times when the servers are down due to power outages, network problems, or regular maintenance. Students agree that this is normal, and that they will not hold TheAcademy.com responsible for these infrequent outages. Students also agree that they may not give out logins and/or passwords to other users. TheAcademy.com reserves the right to cancel any registration, without refund, if TheAcademy.com discovers that a student account is being used by more than one person, or if a login/password is given to another person, regardless of whether they actually use it. Students agree that TheAcademy.com may modify the terms of this agreement at any time. PRIVACY POLICY Depending on what you do when you visit any Web site, you are providing information about your visit to the site's owners. This includes TheAcademy.com. We value privacy and think you do too, so we want you to have the information you need to make your own decisions about your personal privacy. When you visit or supply information to any Web site, we think it's a good idea for you to first understand what that site's privacy policies are. If the site doesn't tell you, don't hesitate to ask. First, email is the best method for providing you answer to your questions, suggestions or comments. Second, we use your email address to notify you of changes to our services or additional courses in which you may be interested.
