Help Desk


 

The help desk is probably one of the most overlooked components of running an e-training program. On top of the normal questions your students will have about how the training works and certification requirements, there will always be students with technical questions or problems that need to be addressed. If you do not have the staff or expertise to run your own help desk, TheAcademy.com is able to run a help desk for you.


Help desk includes both phone and e-mail support. Our help desk is not a large call center where the people are not qualified or under pressure to field a call in X amount of time. Our help desk is based right in our Texas offices where we encourage prompt, friendly, and most of all accurate and helpful service.


Help topics fielded:

  • Refunds or cancellations
  • Technical trouble shooting (Relating to taking the course, we will not troubleshoot other computer problems.)
  • Online payment issues
  • Certification program questions
  • Content questions (We are not experts in the various subject areas. If student has a question about the validity of course content, we will refer them to the appropriate person.)
